To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for a talented Scientist, Validation & Investigation .

Missions

• Execute validation and qualification activities for equipment, systems, and processes.
• Author and review validation documentation, protocols, reports, and risk assessments.
• Support new product introductions and lifecycle management of validated systems.
• Lead deviation investigations, root cause analyses, and CAPA implementation.
• Assess change controls and their impact on qualified systems and validated processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Manufacturing, Engineering, MS&T).
• Support audits, inspections, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Profile

• Degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related scientific field.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, validation, quality, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/cGxP requirements and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting Health Authority inspections is a plus.
