Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain and create finance compliance procedures, working closely with various contributors to ensure effective implementation.
2. Develop and deliver regular analysis and reporting on key compliance topics, covering stock management, internal boutique reviews' follow-up, and developing key business compliance KPIs.
3. Operate the worldwide annual compliance testing campaign, identifying deficiencies in key control activities and areas of improvement.
4. Reinforce the business compliance culture and knowledge through the development of online business compliance modules and a communication strategy.
5. Support the digitalization strategy of the department, building dashboards and automated workflows by identifying appropriate data sources and tools/methods to analyze and test the data.
