To complete our teams, we are looking for an Assistant Head of Facility Management Service. What you will accomplish: Assist the head of service in defining team objectives, managing human and financial resources, and implementing Facility Management strategies. Participate in the management of the service budget and performance monitoring. Contribute to the supervision of teams (about 30 people), providing support and decision-making, ensuring activities are carried out in accordance with regulations. Ensure compliance with laws and current standards. Provide expertise in managing calls for tenders, establishing procedures and tracking tools for the team, and conducting case studies on major breakdowns or anomalies. Actively participate in corporate projects and monitor technical and sectoral developments in your field. Represent the service during internal and external meetings related to business domain development and maintain regular contacts with suppliers and stakeholders of the service head. Possibility of progression in the service in the medium term. What you bring: Education: Higher Technical School and building maintenance experience. Professional experience: 3 to 4 years in Facility Management. Good capacity for analysis and decision-making and teamwork skills to mobilize teams. Ability to take decisions and demonstrate autonomy. Ease in communication and managing contacts. Possession of a driving license and mobility. Proficiency in common tools (O365). French (excellent knowledge). German (good knowledge).
