He/she plans and implements the Mobil Cook, supervises the production of sandwiches, salad buffets, and acts as hygiene, quality, and maintenance referent; he/she also manages orders and inventories. The hours are from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with some exceptional evening interventions.We are looking for a professional with confirmed experience in catering, ideally within comparable structures or at Eldora, allowing him/her to understand the challenges of volume and quality.
