This role focuses on reshaping and harmonizing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) across the organization, driving modern engineering practices and enabling the transition toward an AI‑ready environment. You will act as the strategic link between business and technology, working with international and cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Requirements 7+ years of experience leading transformation and software delivery projects.
4–6 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector.
Proven track record in executive stakeholder management.
Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and organizational transformation.
Experience with Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum), Dev Sec Ops, and CI/CD.
Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or IPMA).
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills in international environments.
