Key Account Manager for Beverage Sales

This role is responsible for sales of Bag-in-Box dedicated to the Quick Service Restaurant channel. Develop strategies and plans to drive revenue growth across all accounts, prospects, and products in this area within the Food Service Market, focusing on France.
Main Responsibilities
* Be the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with Marketing to create annual customer plans based on technical solutions and market needs.
* Lead the entire sales cycle, including designing, approving, and presenting commercial offers for packaging materials, filling machines, and services.
* Accurately forecast sales volume, pricing trends, and account growth across planning cycles.
* Develop Customer Roadmaps and identify new business opportunities through market and customer insights.
* Present business cases using internal tools for internal alignment and investment justification.
* Negotiate contracts and define commercial terms aligned with profit targets.
* Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to support project execution, order management, and deliveries.
* Monitor packaging material orders, service delivery, and customer payments.
* Contribute to annual budgeting, S&OP cycles, and long-term financial planning for the customer base.
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; technical degree is a plus.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or project management, preferably in Food Service and/or Packaging industry.
* Experience in System Model Business and B2B customer environments.
* Background in multinational companies, managing complex accounts across regions.
* Proven experience in Digital Transformation initiatives or digital tools implementation.
* Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office for reporting and analysis.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a commercial focus.
* Native or fluent in English (written and spoken).
