International work experience is beneficial.Excellent understanding and knowledge of one or multiple Omya-served marketplaces (i.E., Polymers, Paints, Coatings, Adhesives, Cosmetics, Food, Pharma, Agriculture, Water & Air Treatment, etc.)Personality with an excellent service and entrepreneurial mindset, having a feeling for providing the right technical and lab service level to ensure and drive customer satisfactionProven effective self-motivation to drive assigned tasks and to promote collaboration across the organizationEffective communication skills (oral and writing) with the strong ability to interact with individuals from a range of backgrounds and at all levelsExcellent project management skills, incl. project documentationExcellent analytical skills to interpret data from lab, field, and customer trialsStrong ability to give recommendations based on lab, field, and customer trial resultsExcellent command of both oral and written local language and English is required.
