They have offices in 14 countries, focusing on the Dynamics 365 products and the Azure platform. With a strong presence in industries such as retail, pharma, manufacturing, and construction, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong focus on Warehouse Management (WHM) and Production Systems to oversee impactful ERP projects that drive business success.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES In this position, you will lead end-to-end project management for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, specifically focusing on Warehouse Management (WHM) and Production Systems. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing company processes related to supply chain, warehouse management, and production operations, ensuring these processes are aligned with ERP functionalities. Managing data process mapping and migration will also be a key part of your role, ensuring smooth integration and accurate system transitions. You will facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and system requirements, focusing on logistics, supply chain, and production workflows. Collaboration with both functional and technical consultants will be crucial to align WHM and production system processes with business needs. You will manage project scope, budgets, and resources, mitigating risks and resolving challenges. Ensuring comprehensive documentation of ERP-related processes, particularly for WHM and production workflows, will be part of your responsibility. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with ERP advancements and provide innovative solutions to clients, especially in WHM and production system integrations.
YOUR PROFILE You have proven experience in project management for ERP systems, particularly with a focus on Warehouse Management (WHM) and Production Systems. Your expertise includes mapping and optimizing business processes across various industries, with a deep understanding of system migrations and ERP integrations. Experience with WHM or production-specific modules will be highly beneficial. Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, is essential, and certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a strong advantage. You have exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills, along with a sharp eye for detail. Your outstanding communication skills in both German and English will allow you to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
