Partners Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to cultural diversity. /p h3What it's about /h3 pIn this position, you are an integral part of Partners Group's high-performing fundraising team covering Private Wealth clients across Europe, supporting the achievement of overall fundraising targets. Particular focus will be on Partners Group's key client offerings and bespoke mandate solutions, which are tailored to clients’ needs and require close and proactive coverage. /p pWe are looking for a team player to help further expand our Private Wealth footprint across Europe. /p h3In your role, your primary tasks will include: /h3 ul liIndependently supporting front marketers and mandate specialists in preparing for client meetings and due diligence sessions, including compiling high-quality, tailored marketing presentations and investment proposals, as well as coordinating internal teams /li liCreating tailored, persuasive, and high-quality responses to client requests, assisting with queries and performance updates /li liActing as a first point of contact for product and mandate clients by coordinating and liaising with various teams and specialists within the firm (including coordination of internal approval processes) /li liProviding well-structured and compelling input to requests for proposals (RFPs) /li liSupporting the onboarding process for clients by liaising with both internal and external stakeholders /li liAssisting on projects related to new business development, strategic planning, product development, and other marketing initiatives /li liDeveloping deep expertise in private markets and Partners Group’s platform, products, separately managed accounts, and investment strategies across asset classes /li /ul h3What we expect /h3 pThe successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the financial services industry, ideally within private wealth, private markets, asset/fund management, or investment banking/strategy consulting, with a focus on European markets. /p h3Key attributes will include: /h3 ul liUndergraduate University Degree /li liFluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory /li liGerman is a strong plus /li li1 to 2 years of experience in (institutional) sales, investor relations, private banking, wealth management, asset management, private equity, strategy consulting, or investment banking /li liConfident and comfortable communicating with teams and stakeholders across all seniority levels /li liStrong sense of ownership with solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously /li liExcellent analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a strong desire to learn and succeed /li liProactive, hands‑on approach /li liExceptional attention to detail /li liStrong problem‑solving skills with a client‑focused mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint /li liKnowledge of private markets is an advantage /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pPartners Group is a global financial institution that retains the culture, pace and agility of a start-up.
