Your Responsibilities
* You support the HR Business Partnering team in the day‑to‑day administration of all matters related to the employee lifecycle.
* You will be responsible for writing and publishing job advertisements in French and English for various positions.
* You support the HR Business Partnering team throughout the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee development, case management (absence, conflict, warning), and departure.
* You lead recruitment cycles for young talent positions (kick‑off, job postings, screening, interviews and offers).
* You prepare impactful presentations, communications and reports on HR‑related topics to support decision‑making and internal communication.
* Depending on your qualifications and interests, you will contribute to diverse and exciting cross‑functional projects within a young, dynamic and humorous team.
Your Profile
* You are a student or recent graduate with a degree in business economics, psychology, marketing or equivalent.
* You have a very good command of French and English. German is a plus.
* You are enthusiastic about working in human resources and are available for a period of 12 months.
* You have excellent writing skills, are familiar with the MS Office suite and adapt easily to different IT systems.
* You stand out for your independence, your ability to work as part of a team, your communication skills and your dynamism. In addition, you have a positive and creative mindset.
