We are seeking a skilled Consultant Robotic & Agentic Process Automation to design, implement, and maintain process automation solutions with a focus on the UiPath platform. In this role, you will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, intelligent automation solutions, including traditional RPA and modern agentic automation concepts. As part of the adesso Automation Center of Excellence, you will work on innovative projects combining UiPath, AI/LLMs, and orchestration frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, consult, design, and implement automation solutions using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, AI Center, etc.).
* Manage the entire automation lifecycle: process discovery, requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
* Develop intelligent automation agents, integrating UiPath with AI services and LLMs for context-aware and goal-driven process execution.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, solution architects, and business analysts to understand needs and develop scalable automation solutions.
* Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with best practices.
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of automation standards.
Qualifications
* 2–3 years of professional experience in RPA/Process Automation with UiPath.
* Interest and familiarity with agentic automation concepts, LLMs, and AI-driven orchestration.
* Strong understanding of business processes and experience translating them into automation workflows.
* UiPath Automation Developer Professional or Automation Business Analyst Professional certification is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German (Zurich, Bern, Basel) or French (Lausanne) at B2 level is required.
Valued Skills
* Experience with custom component development (e.g., SDKs, APIs).
* Knowledge of AI/ML integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain).
* Experience with process mining and opportunity identification.
* Understanding of CI/CD, version control, and test automation in UiPath.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies, Scrum, TDD, BDD.
