The Data Board has been constituted as the holistic Data Leadership instance Axpo-wide. The Board prioritizes value generation by involving all business areas to incorporate their business perspectives and is leading the holistic Axpo Data Strategy. The central CDO-Office is managing the newly build Data Board and the holistic Data Strategy. In this respect, we are looking for a highly-motivated and committed Data Strategy Manager to drive Axpo-wide Data Strategy initiatives on behalf of the Data Board.
What you will do:
o Initiation, Conception, Management and Implementation of Data Board Initiatives among the Data Delivery Capabilities Business-led Data Roadmap, Data Operating Model, Technology, Data, Talent & People and Adoption & Scaling. The goal is to ensure a best in breed end-to-end Data Delivery Chain Axpo-wide.
o Set-up of a Group-wide Data Maturity Score to define and measure success of Axpo’s journey towards a data-driven organization.
o Partner with business areas to coordinate data professionals Axpo-wide. Moderate diverse business area specific data requirements including Change and Adoption Management.
o Inhouse Data Consulting of Axpo business areas
o Advocate for data-driven decision-making within the organization, providing strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.
What you bring & who you are:
o Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data strategy, data engineering or a related field
o At least 3 years’ experience in end-to-end data management, data strategy implementation or any data related field
o At least 3 years of cross-functional project management experience in a multi-national group
o Ability to think out of the box to drive data-maturity by innovative solution development in a demanding environment with conflicting priorities and requirements
o Excellent leadership and collaboration skills with ability to influence and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
o Strategic thinker with ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
o Structured way of working with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
o Proficient in English, German is a plus
