Head of Reception & Cash Desk (f/m/d), 100% Zurich (CH)

Lead and develop the combined Reception & Cash Desk team in Zurich, fostering a positive, collaborative and service‑oriented work environment, ensuring seamless cooperation and efficient workflows.

Ensure high‑quality service delivery to clients and internal stakeholders by implementing and maintaining clear, transparent standards of service, quality and professionalism.

Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, processes, risk and security requirements as well as banking standards in all reception and cash desk activities.

Support the development of team members by providing constructive feedback and encouraging their professional growth.

Actively promote cross‑functional collaboration in order to share best practices and align processes as well as quality and performance standards.


Your profile

Several years of professional experience in reception, cash desk or a comparable client‑facing function in a banking or financial services environment.

Proven leadership experience with a hands‑on, supportive leadership style and strong customer/service orientation.

Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written); other languages (e.g. French or Italian) are an advantage.

Strong organizational and coordination skills, able to prioritize and keep an overview in a dynamic environment.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach, combined with an independent, precise and reliable working style.

High degree of flexibility, resilience, discretion, integrity and sense of responsibility.
