Duties:
* Support HR to deliver a high-quality service.
* Back-up monthly payroll for non-Swiss legal entities.
* Running monthly payroll for employees.
* Year-end related work e.g. insurance declarations, statutory requirements etc.
* Working with Finance and monthly reconciliations of payroll accounts.
* Support HR with payroll related queries.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or Health insurance (KV).
* Higher education in HR or social security.
* In-depth knowledge of payroll-related accounting skills.
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
* Working knowledge of Abacus payroll system with Workday/or beqom.
* Reliable, attention to detail, accuracy and focus.
* Dedication and self-motivation.
* Excellent English and German written and communication skills.
