This key position offers you the unique opportunity to independently lead the finance department of our Swiss location and at the same time systematically prepare for taking over overall responsibility as Group CFO.
Your tasks
Leadership
Direct leadership of a small, dedicated team (financial accounting and HR)
Finance & Accounting
Overall responsibility for the finance and accounting of Humbel AG
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as management reporting
Operational liquidity planning and monitoring of creditor payments
Controlling
Cost, order, and project controlling in close cooperation with production, purchasing, and sales
Periodic budgeting as well as calculation and verification of cost rates
Group Accounting & Special Projects
Collaboration on group accounting according to Swiss GAAP FER in cooperation with the Group CFO
Taking on special projects at the group level as preparation for the Group CFO succession
Human Resources
Responsibility for the entire HR area: recruitment, development, payroll accounting, reporting, and personnel policy
Your profile
Education
Advanced education with a focus on accounting and controlling (e.g., business economist at university or university of applied sciences level, certified auditor, or expert in accounting & controlling)
Experience & Expertise
Several years of solid experience in finance and accounting as well as controlling - ideally in a manufacturing industrial company
Experience in all HR processes
Confident handling of ERP systems
Systematic, precise, and solution-oriented working style
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Personality
Entrepreneurially minded leadership personality with a high sense of responsibility and great initiative
Team player, assertive, and with pronounced doer qualities
Willingness for occasional international business trips
Ambition and potential to take over the role of Group CFO in the medium term.
