CONTEXT & MISSION:We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Store Designer for Travel Retail EMEA & Americas to join our Travel Retail Team! As a key member of the Concept and Visual Merchandising team, you will be accountable for integrating L'Occitane en Provence brand's vision and DNA into Travel Retail (TR) stores, whilst ensuring that all activities are completed within budget and on time. This position is based in (near Geneva) and reports to the Head of Store Design and Concept TR EMEA.RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Manage Store Concept - Understand and adapt global design guidelines in the TR roll-out of all projects and work closely with the Head of Concept and the Global brand teams to find the right solutions for the TR environment. - Assist the Head of Concept in developing design standards and guidelines per brand. - Manage full project management from kickoff to technical drawings, approvals, costs, and supervise manufacturing drawings for design integrity and safety standards. - Work closely with the Merchandising team to create impactful and store layouts. - Lead project management, respecting timeline including delivery and opening, and monthly planning of ongoing and new projects. - Regularly update project milestones and risks to management and other relevant contractors, ensuring alignment with brand requirements, details, and directions for each project.3. Support sustainable design for TR store design - Support the development of eco-designed and eco-produced concept projects working on functional store layouts, 3Ds, and renderings to optimize traffic flow, maximize product exposure and enhance the overall shopping experience. - Utilize design elements, lighting, and graphics to create visually appealing and engaging store environments. - Seek out and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies, project savings, and design solutions to enhance overall project delivery.4.
