Job Description
System & Software Architecture
* Define and maintain system/software architectural standards and guidelines.
* Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performance designs.
* Develop and maintain architectural documentation.
* Design software structure for new features and support implementation.
* Collaborate on integration strategies and verification approaches.
* Assess and mitigate safety and security risks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Participate in safety and security assurance activities, providing technical guidance.
* Contribute to client consulting on architecture topics.
Product & Legacy Roadmap
* Define and document reusable software component roadmaps.
* Maintain and enhance legacy systems, addressing obsolescence and performance issues.
The Successful Applicant
* Minimum 5 years in software development, especially distributed systems.
* At least 3 years in system architecture within complex or regulated domains.
* Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
* Strong communication skills.
* Experience in Air Traffic Management is a plus but not mandatory.
* Fluent in English; French is an asset.
* Eligible for Swiss Work Permit (Swiss/EU citizenship or valid permit).
