CONTEXT
Richemont is looking for a talented Salesforce Architect to support the delivery of Client Platforms solutions and applications across its Maisons.
The Salesforce Architect will be part of the Richemont Client Platforms Team, playing a pivotal role in a major, multi-Maison, worldwide Salesforce initiative for some of the most prestigious Maisons.
You will work in a global environment with highly distributed teams across different countries and time zones. You will collaborate closely with technical leads of each product and interact with stakeholders at all management levels.
As an Architect, your responsibility is to translate business, technical, and architectural requirements into a solution blueprint to meet business objectives. You will assist Product teams with analysis and design tasks, adhering to architecture guardrails provided by Group Enterprise Architecture. Additionally, you will coach technical teams and manage technical dependencies to ensure platform consistency.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
You will be responsible for making design and implementation decisions that influence the technology roadmap of our Products. You will engage with all Products on the Client Platforms (Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and the broader technical landscape (Mulesoft, Informatica, SAP ERP/CRM, Google Cloud Platform, Kong, Solace, etc.).
Your insights will help integrate the broader enterprise architecture transformation within our Client Platforms. You will also explore, monitor, and experiment with new solutions and technologies to address business and technical needs.
Recommend target architecture, strategy, vision, and processes within guidelines from the Enterprise Architect.
Collaborate with Product, Integration Platform, and Enterprise Architects to ensure architectural consistency.
Facilitate architecture, integration, and security roundtables with other Architects.
Ensure Salesforce orgs are scalable, secure, and aligned with future needs.
Maintain repositories of best practices, technical guidelines, and integration strategies.
Ensure Product Teams adhere to architecture principles through scheduled reviews and technical assessments.
Manage testing and communication of Salesforce releases and platform changes.
Assess impacts of Salesforce updates and significant platform modifications.
Participate in technology stack selection based on requirements and constraints.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
B.Sc. or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
8-10+ years’ experience in technology delivery.
Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce programs.
Salesforce certifications are mandatory.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Effective communication with technical and business teams at all levels.
Experience managing stakeholders in project or matrix organizations.
Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations.
Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.
