Our mission: We safely power your flight. /ph3As a Robotic Welding Operator you will: /h3ulliOperate and monitor robotic welding systems for repair and manufacturing of aviation components /liliPerform welding tasks according to approved repair data, work instructions, and technical drawings /liliEnsure full compliance with aviation quality, safety, and documentation requirements /liliSet up and adjust fixtures, tools, and programs for different component types /liliIdentify process deviations early, perform basic troubleshooting, and elevate issues when needed /liliContribute to continuous improvement activities (e.g., reducing rework and scrap, supporting lean and 5S initiatives) /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliCompleted vocational training in welding, metalworking, mechanics, or mechatronics /liliExperience with robotic or automated welding processes /liliAbility to read and understand technical drawings and manuals /liliStrong focus on quality, safety, and compliance /liliIdeally experience in aviation, MRO, or other regulated manufacturing environments /liliFamiliarity with industrial robots is an advantage /liliStructured, detail‑oriented working style with good teamwork and communication skills /liliEnglish skills at B1 level required; German is a plus /li /ulh3We offer /h3pWe offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
