Your new responsibilities
* Assist in the development and analysis of business cases for strategic initiatives
* Create and maintain templates and tools to standardize internal processes and workflows
* Support the team in project coordination, documentation, and reporting
* Conduct market and internal research to support decision-making
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Your talents and experience
* You are currently enrolled in a Master's program at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
* Self-driven, structured, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
