For our client, an international company based in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a Production Engineer (m/f/d) .
General information:
* Start: ASAP
* Duration: 1 year with option to extend (planned indefinitely)
* Workplace: Rotkreuz, Switzerland.
* Workload: 100%
* Remote/Home Office: Individually possible, depending on the topics; on-site presence required.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* ECR Coordination: Responsibility for planning, coordinating, technically assessing, assigning tasks and implementing changes (ECRs) in consultation with the Product Leader
* and/or Team Leader.
* Operational engineering with the goal of ensuring the continuation of production at all times.
* Creation and maintenance of specifications and documentation, work plans, material master data, and bills of materials. Training on the required documents.
* Responsible for the smooth implementation and phase-out of changes in production
* Analysis and trending of ECRs. Preparation of information for product meetings.
* Proactive management and communication (escalation where necessary) to ensure the timely completion of ECRs
* Ensure that specification and verification documents as well as master data for product manufacturing are created, released and training is carried out in a timely manner and in accordance with process and quality specifications.
* For NPIs: Accompanies development projects and supports, for example, the creation of samples and prototypes, coordinates the necessary materials, and provides feedback on manufacturability.
* Responsible for ensuring compliance with quality targets, deadlines and regulatory requirements.
* Active stakeholder management
Additional tasks :
* It handles actions resulting from deviations and ensures that internal interfaces are integrated.
* Continuous optimization of workflows towards a LEAN ECR service. Active support for improvement measures within and outside the Engineering Chapter, in consultation with the Sub-Chapter Lead.
* Management of smaller projects assigned by the Product Lead or Sub-Chapter Lead (e.g., KvP)
* Contribution and participation in CoPs, Squads and Project Teams in consultation with the Sub-Chapter Lead
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or preferably Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable Life Science degree
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a strictly regulated production environment, preferably GMP regulated.
* Prior experience in engineering change management or project management; experience in leading projects is advantageous.
* Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and KvP is an advantage.
* Experience with Office applications is required; basic programming skills in Tableau (data management tool) or R Studios are an advantage.
* Fluent German and English skills required
