About Our Client
For our client, a financial institution in Basel, we are looking for an Event Coordinator to organise and manage various events, meetings, and seminars in Switzerland and abroad. This position is currently temporary until the end of the year.
Job Description
* Plan and oversee the logistical aspects of various events, such as meetings, conferences, seminars, and webinars.
* Work in close coordination with event leads to handle both administrative and logistical components.
* Act as a liaison for communication between internal teams, guest speakers, participants, and partner organisations.
* Assist in the preparation of policy publications by ensuring proper formatting and managing the review and release processes.
* Offer administrative support to senior officials.
The Successful Applicant
* Successfully completed further education in a relevant field.
* 3+ years of experience in a similar position within Events.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
* Fluent in English.
* Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
* Great communication and interpersonal skills.
