We are looking for a Senior Test Manager with strong experience in non‑regression testing, automation and CI/CD to support a strategic program for a leading Swiss insurance company. This position is ideal for someone with a senior mindset who can coordinate NRT strategy, lead automation teams and industrialise testing within complex environments.
Senior Test Manager with at least 5 years of experience in software testing, including proven leadership and coordination of test teams.
Significant experience in Agile environments (SAFe, Scrum and/or Kanban) and in digital transformation or application modernisation projects, ideally in insurance or banking.
Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tooling (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira Automation) and how to orchestrate automated test execution in pipelines.
Strong experience with Jira, Xray and Confluence for test management, traceability and reporting, including dashboards and automated reports.
Excellent communication and transversal coordination skills, able to work with Release and Environment Managers, Test Data Manager, development and business teams.
Sensitivity to data, compliance and security topics in the context of test data and automated environments.
Fluency in French with good English (B2+), comfortable in multi‑project, multi‑site environments in Switzerland.
Coordinate all non‑regression testing, automation and CI/CD‑related testing activities within a large transformation landscape.
Lead Test Analysts NRT and Automation Engineers (local and nearshore), manage workload and priorities, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Consolidate NRT test plans coming from IT, system, UAT and NFT teams into a global transverse non‑regression strategy.
Plan, execute and monitor NRT campaigns, including selection and automation of critical functional and technical test cases.
Design and orchestrate CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with Environment & Release Management, aligning automated test runs with project milestones and releases.
Implement and maintain automated test deliverables such as HTML reports, email/Teams notifications and Jira/Xray dashboards, and oversee the maintenance of automated test suites.
Manage the full defect lifecycle (analysis, logging, prioritisation, follow‑up) and support development teams in resolving blocking issues for production releases.
Provide and track key testing KPIs, animate Agile ceremonies related to testing, and contribute to the evolution and innovation of testing services and practices.
