Postdoctoral Fellow in Experimental Research on Aerosol‑Cloud Interactions
We are looking for a Postdoctoral Fellow for the Atmosphere‑Biosphere Interactions group in the Laboratory of Atmospheric Chemistry.
Responsibilities
Construction of a lightweight cloud water sampler
Development of a lightweight system for dispersing mineral dust
Chemical analyses of cloud water and ice samples
Participation in cloud‑seeding field campaigns
Publication of scientific results in peer‑reviewed journals and presentation at international conferences
Support in the supervision of PhD students
Qualifications
PhD degree in Environmental Sciences, Atmospheric Sciences, Physics, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
Experience in atmospheric experimental research
Experience in developing simple experimental set‑ups
Enthusiastic, motivated and able to operate in a team environment
Excellent organizational and communication skills in English
