In addition, the Artwork Creation Manager (m/f/d) prepares and supports external service providers and is the keylink between external and internal functions for technical requirements.start date:Jan/Feb/Mar 2025end date:one-year-contract (with the chance of extension)workload:100% - max. 3 days homeoffice per weeklocation:Basel (CH)work model:ContractingKey Responsibilities:Create PDFs for printed packaging materials (PPM) according to received manuscripts or annotated predecessor PDFs and the technical drawing by editing existing PDFs like folding boxes, foils, labels and leafletsCreation of new PDFs for Launches, line extensions (folding boxes, foils, labels, Leaflets)Creating and editing of graphical templates, die cutsCreation and maintenance of the tables and graphic standards for the graphic preparation of the print templatesClose collaboration with the Product Configuration Manager (PCM) on all aspects related to on-time delivery, pro-active handling and solution finding in case of delay riskActs as SPOC for external artwork service providers and internal stakeholders (e.g. affiliates, internal packaging sites) and external packaging sites(via CMOs) for support related to PDF creationManages file upload into PDF LibraryCreate, maintain and document text macros in the Text DB, where applicable or scripts in ChiliFinalizing the goods for printing and providing the printing data to the print suppliersComplete the defined checklists according to GMPArchiving of relevant data of the task (GMP/non GMP)Maintenance of internal country specifications and graphic documentationComplaint management - Support / editing of Unplanned Events in QMS (Quality Management System)Staying compliant with all relevant GMP regulations and apply rules at our clients Style Guide, the country-specific requirements, and the technical requirements of the packaging sitesManages regular performance review and drives continuous improvementIn the case of proofreading, the Creation Manager controls the artwork of the printed packaging materials and takes into account the: prescribed quality requirementsMonitoring of defined standardsControl of texts and proofsMust-Have Qualifications:Degree in Design or Graphic artist or similar disciplineVery good system knowledge of Adobe and Photoshop or common verification toolsMin. 3 years experience in Artwork, ideally in Pharmaceutical industryHigh agility to learn new systemsAbility to demonstrate the clients Core Competencies, PT Behaviors and operating principlesDemonstrated ability to apply Lean principles and servant leadershipAbility to thrive in ambiguous and complex situations and see the big pictureBeing comfortable with ambiguity and taking smart risks while complying with regulationsAbility to take timely decisions, appropriately taking input analysis and judgment into accountEffective communicator at all levelsExcellent written, oral and interpersonal communication and presentation skillsExperience in GxP environmentVery good level or highly proficient in spoken and written English and German
