You provide support for various commercial activities in the insurance field; the federal insurance intermediary diploma AFA/VBV is an advantage and will become a requirement for knowledge in the fields of insurance, liability, personal insurance, and collective life insurance. Excellent telephone consulting skills for businesses and availability to personally advise clients at the reception of the commercial unit are essential.
