Job Description
* Opening of bank accounts
* Completion of investment applications and dealing with investment houses
* Preparation of payment instructions
* Preparation of minutes and resolutions
* Preparation of shares, transfers, deeds, agreements, etc.
* Preparation of correspondence
* Assisting with the collection and collation of client due diligence
* Liaison with various company formation and registered agents in a number of offshore centres
* Preparation of files
* Liaising with the compliance officer regarding compliance actions
The Successful Applicant
* At least 4 years of experience in a trust company in a similar role
* Bilingual in English (both spoken and written)
* Flexible and adaptable
