Position Summary

As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, gain hands-on experience, and learn what it takes to support an international workforce in a dynamic aviation industry.
Your Role
* Contribute to HR projects such as assisting in designing career paths and development frameworks.
* Creating and updating templates, letters, and HR documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
* Preparing presentations and reports for HR initiatives and management meetings.
* Supporting the organization and facilitation of workshops and training sessions.
* Collaborating with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team on day-to-day tasks and employee-related matters.
* Assisting in data analysis and reporting for HR metrics and KPIs.
* Contributing to employee engagement activities.
Your Profile
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HR systems is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
* Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
