KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. SALES
2. Meet personal budgets in accordance with brand retail strategy (compliance with group procedures, legal, fiscal, and customs regulations).
3. Maximize profit whist controlling & minimizing costs (discount, general expenses, third party commissions).
4. Regularly analyze and question missed confirmed sales with Assistant/Salon Manager, to further refine future sales projections.
5. Organize private viewing with potential VIPs in your region.
6. Discuss business opportunities/Action Plans of potential prospects with Assistant/Salon Manager.
7. Act as a reference in terms of building action plans to achieve personal targets.
8. BRAND AMBASSADORSHIP
9. Ensure Excellency within and outside of the salon.
10. Ensure maximum client welcoming, handling, and servicing.
11. Keep learning about the products and brand and become a reference person for the Maison.
12. Demonstrate brand ambassadorial skills, at any given time, with clients, Top VIPs & any third party.
13. Responsible for overall appearance and maintenance of the salon in accordance to brand guidelines and concept.
14. Assist in timely salon implementation and control of any new Visual Merchandizing concepts.
15. CUSTOMER & CRM RELATED ACTIVITIES
16. Ensure Service Excellency within the salon at all times and with any salon clients
17. Be part of a positive atmosphere within the salon; optimistic, constructive, helpful, confident, etc.
18. Proactively participate of regular VIP and orders, considerate of our salon opportunities.
19. Ensure accurate and genuine relationship building with customers.
20. Ensure attention to existing and new recruitment of VIP, customer and prospect database for salon sales and marketing activities.
21. Individually handle with care client complaints and immediately report to Assistant/Salon Manager brand product related issues.
22. Follow up and coordinate individual repairs and after-sales related matters with Sales Administrators.
23. STORE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
24. Actively taking part in monthly (quarterly, yearly) stocktaking and quality control.
25. Actively ensuring all measures to avoid stock discrepancies at all times.
26. Automatic replenishment of sold timepieces and active order requests.
27. Ensuring a proper maintenance of all salon timepieces when necessary: organize changing of straps polishing, servicing, etc.
28. Represent salon management during their absence.
29. FINANCIAL & CASH REGISTER CONTROL
30. Compliance with procedures, and with legal, fiscal and customs regulations.
31. Mastering dealing with credit card transaction of considerable amounts, Cash Register, etc.
32. REPORTING
33. Ensure timely reporting of any opportunity, incident, etc to Assistant/Salon Manager.
34. Share new practices, ideas with Assistant/Salon Manager to enhance salon operations as a whole.
35. Proper and accurate networking among the competition, especially with neighboring boutiques.
36. TEAM WORK
37. Share new ideas, work related practices & knowledge with salon members, office colleagues.
38. Monitor own appearance and behavior, in line with company policy and salon guidelines (uniform, makeup, language, hair, accessories, etc).
39. Full and complete assistance to shift colleague during the sales ceremony.
40. Active participation in salon trainings and role-plays to improve knowledge and client experience.
41. Proactively support in onboarding process of new salon members.

YOUR PROFILE

42. Possess ‘can do’ attitude and understanding for Luxury client experience.
43. 5+ years of prior work experience in timepiece related field.
44. Exhibits critical thinking skills and is strong in solution oriented.
45. Availability and flexibility to work to the changing of Boutique schedule.
46. Strong verbal, written and organizational skills.
47. Proficiency with MS Office, Excel software required.
48. Fluent in both French & English, German a plus.
