What you bring
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders (partners, funders, research institutions, and communities).
* An advanced university degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics, finance, sustainable development, or related; project management qualifications are an asset).
* Excellent oral and written English.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in project management, ideally with EU-funded projects (e.g. Horizon Europe).
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
* Knowledge of Nature-based Solutions (e.g. water management, wildfire mitigation, urban greening, sustainable agriculture) is an asset.
* Understanding of public and emerging financing approaches is an advantage.
Who you are
You are curious, collaborative, and committed to quality. You thrive in an international, purpose-driven environment where teamwork and initiative go hand in hand. You bring energy, adaptability, and attention to detail — and share our belief that good infrastructure can improve lives.
At GIB, you’ll find a diverse, supportive, and mission-driven team; opportunities to work on pioneering projects with real impact; a collaborative, international work culture based in the heart of Basel; and flexible working arrangements in a purpose-driven environment. We believe great ideas come from everywhere and strongly encourage individuals of all genders, ages, and backgrounds — including persons with disabilities — to apply.
