As Commercial Manager, you hold full responsibility for the profit and loss of service and maintenance contracts delivered to the Swiss nuclear market. You act as the primary commercial interface for customers within your contract portfolio and ensure on‑time, high‑quality, and profitable service delivery.

You collaborate closely with internal support functions and work hand-in-hand with Sales Managers and Engineering on tenders for upgrades and retrofits. You work closely with a small team of Site Managers who coordinate and run day-to-day operations, as well as deliver planned events and equipment to customer sites. You report financial, safety, and other business KPIs to the Service Leader Switzerland.


Roles and Responsibilities

* Act as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns within your contract portfolio. You will also serve as the first point of contact for customers when new sales opportunities arise.
* Ensure strong financial performance of your contracts and work closely with internal Swiss market stakeholders to develop our market strategy.
* Use a high level of judgment to make decisions and to handle complex tasks or problems in areas such as operations, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.
* Demonstrate the ability to assess the quality of information provided and ask relevant questions to stakeholders. Offer new solutions to problems beyond existing parameters and provide well-constructed recommendations. Draw on multiple internal and some external sources outside your own function to support decision-making and problem-solving.
* You may lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and complexity.
* Communicate complex concepts effectively, influence others' opinions on specific topics, and guide colleagues to consider alternative points of view.


Required Qualifications

* German language: fluent level. English: fluent, spoken and written.
* Master of Science degree
* Extensive years of experience in the power service business, or extensive experience combined with strong qualifications from the power industry.
* Proven skills in business financials
* Project management experience and competencies
