Your Daily Tasks
* You will participate in a digitisation project in the Science and Research business domain to scale existing solutions for the new centre.
* Together with another project manager from the business domain, you will lead a team of approximately 10 people, supported by two different products as delivery mechanisms.
* You will carry out the initial evaluation and integration of existing solutions.
* You will be involved in the planning of many future releases and updates.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience in leading large-scale digitalization projects:
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
* Ability to manage project scope, budget, and timelines effectively.
Deep knowledge of digital transformation technologies and framework:
* Experience with software development lifecycle and IT infrastructure.
* Familiarity with lab management systems and scientific research tools is a plus.
* Excellent leadership skills to guide and motivate diverse teams.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to identify potential challenges and develop strategic solutions:
* Analytical skills to assess project performance and make data-driven decisions.
* Experience in managing organizational change and digital adoption.
* Capability to train and support teams through transitions.
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Essential Technologies:
* Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
* Digital transformation frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL).
* Desired is an experience in pharmaceutical or scientific research environments, familiarity with lab management systems (LIMS), and understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).
