Your main responsibilities
1. Corporate funding: Support for negotiation of bilateral and syndicated credit facilities as well as support for preparation and execution of capital market transactions (bonds) for the Group and selected partner power plants
2. Structured Finance: Support in origination, structuring and execution of commodity finance structures
3. Interface management and communication with internal and external project partners throughout the financing process
4. Processing and management of parent company and bank guarantees, especially at year end
5. ESG: Support in the preparation of sustainability reports according to recognised standards or ad-hoc for financings
6. Support in other Treasury tasks and ad-hoc Treasury projects
Your profile
7. 3+ years of corporate finance experience in Treasury and/or Banking, especially debt financing and debt capital market financing. Swiss Certified Treasurer is a plus
8. Bachelor or Master in Finance
9. Strong communication and negotiation skills
10. Experience in Energy Sector is an advantage
11. Good MS Office Applications skills. User knowledge in SAP, BPC & BW and PowerBI is a plus
12. Proficient in German and English, French is a plus
