Launched in February 2025, Platonix already enables live interactive events with up to 25,000 participants, curates premium content from global wellbeing experts, and is building a comprehensive marketplace for holistic products and services .

Position
CMO – Chief Marketing Officer

Reports to: CEO

The Chief Marketing Officer at Platonix is both an architect and a steward of a global movement for soul-centric wellbeing. This leader balances strategic vision, data-driven decision-making, and creative storytelling to ignite passion and foster lasting communities across our OTT platform and holistic marketplace.

Responsibilities

Brand Leadership & Vision

Shape and continually evolve Platonix as the world’s most impactful soul-centric wellbeing brand, ensuring all messaging, design, and touchpoints resonate with authenticity, inclusivity, and clarity of purpose.

Champion the integration of mind, body, and spirit in external communications and product narratives, making Platonix synonymous with holistic wellness and spiritual empowerment.

Develop and implement global, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention for both OTT streaming and marketplace verticals.

Oversee all digital (SEO, SEM, paid, social, content) and traditional media, campaign management, PR, and brand partnerships to maximize both reach and impact.

Align marketing objectives with commercial targets, product launches, and sustainability initiatives.

Community Building & Movement Creation

Foster authentic, values-driven communities through targeted campaigns, challenges, live interactive events, and purpose-driven storytelling—turning subscribers into active participants and brand champions.

Cultivate global partnerships with leading wellbeing experts, influencers, and organizations to co-create campaigns and curations that drive meaning, growth, and engagement.

Use consumer insights, behavioral analytics, and advanced segmentation to drive personalized user journeys, content recommendations, and campaign optimization.

Anticipate and respond to emerging trends in wellbeing, spirituality, and global consumer behavior, keeping Platonix ahead of market shifts.

Team Leadership & Organizational Collaboration

Lead, inspire, and grow a world-class marketing team across digital, creative, analytics, and communications disciplines.

Cultivate cross-functional alignment with product, tech, community, and sales teams to deliver a seamless and integrated brand experience.

Set and manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and mentor future marketing innovators within the company.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years in marketing leadership, with proven success in global digital platforms, OTT/streaming, marketplaces, or well-being brands.

Experience building, launching, and scaling brands internationally, ideally in fast-growing, mission-driven contexts.

Demonstrated ability to transform vision into high-performing marketing strategies that achieve both growth targets and brand purpose.

Deep understanding of digital analytics, content strategy, CRM, and community activation across cultures and channels.

Passion for wellbeing, spirituality, or human transformation, and a genuine belief in the Platonix mission.

Creative storyteller and disciplined operator, with exceptional communication and emotional intelligence.
