Your Role
* Plan client meeting appointments and keep clients informed.
* Address all Digital and Mobile Banking-related questions, including Digital Activation for E/Mobile Banking.
* Provide personalized E/Mobile Banking experiences.
* Conduct remote 1:1 e-banking sessions to showcase UBS’ digital solutions.
* Support client migration processes to ensure a smooth transition.

Join our new migration support team within GWM Front Support Office Client Services, focused on facilitating the merger of Credit Suisse clients to UBS. Our team is diverse, passionate about digitalization, and committed to delivering excellent service, supporting personal and professional growth.
Your Expertise
* Experience supporting domestic and international clients.
* Ability to identify client needs and respond appropriately.
* Curious mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to offer tailored solutions.
* Fluent in German, French, or Italian, and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Systematic, enthusiastic, and adaptable to various IT programs and communication channels.
