Bio-Rad in Cressier is currently looking for a Supply Assurance Buyer (m/f/d) - 100%.
Your Impact
1. Ensure PO lifecycle management: Process orders promptly and in accordance with best practices. Recognize and reconcile potential order conflicts such as delivery/shipping delays, pricing errors, and out-of-stock situations to ensure timely and complete deliveries. Utilize reporting tools to identify and resolve order expectations that could cause delays. Follow up on quality issues.
2. Communication: Provide timely updates on order processing, procedures, and system changes; resolve or escalate critical issues to meet manufacturing goals. Maintain direct contact with suppliers.
3. Data Management: Keep data accurate and up-to-date to ensure business continuity, following established rules.
4. Projects: Participate in projects of limited scope and complexity.
5. Team Support: Provide coverage and support within the team and group.
What You Bring
1. Native or fluent in French or German, with good knowledge of the other language; fluent in English.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, multitasking, and organizational skills.
3. Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
5. Knowledge of SAP/R3 system.
