Transaction Diligence Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Diligence Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting financial due diligences related to company sales or acquisitions. You will work closely with a dynamic, multicultural team to identify risks and considerations affecting purchase prices and contribute to purchase agreements.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or STEM, with an optional Chartered Accountant (Swiss CPA, ACCA, ACA) or CFA qualification. They will also have 2-4 years of experience in Transaction Diligence in a Big4 environment, fluent in English and French, both spoken and written. Proficiency in German and Italian is a plus.
You will utilize advanced analytics tools and implement digital solutions within SaT. Your responsibilities will include analyzing virtual datarooms and supporting Q&A during due diligence. You will assist through signing to closing phases and prepare detailed reports on due diligence findings.
Skill and Attributes for Success:
* Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or STEM, with an optional Chartered Accountant (Swiss CPA, ACCA, ACA) or CFA qualification;
* 2-4 years of Transaction Diligence experience in a Big4 environment;
* Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written; proficiency in German and Italian is a plus;
* Knowledge of analytical tools like Alteryx, PowerBI, and advanced Excel skills;
* Leadership experience, including liaising with senior advisors and supervising juniors;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Excellent team player capable of working across organizational levels.
