Job Title: IT Support Engineer (Dispatch / Onsite Support)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable IT Support Engineer to provide onsite, dispatch-based technical support at client locations. The role involves handling basic IT issues, device support, and coordination .
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite Level 1 IT support at client locations
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
Install, replace, and configure laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
Support Windows OS, MS Office, and basic user applications
Assist with AV/VA meeting room setups (as required)
Perform basic checks on connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi)
Coordinate with teams and follow instructions
Update tickets and provide visit reports after each dispatch
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Windows OS and IT hardware
Hands-on experience with end-user support
Good communication skills (local language + English preferred)
Ability to work independently during onsite visits

Flexible schedule based on client needed
