Tasks
Assist residents at the counter and via phone.
Manage the residence, voting registers, and dog control.
Support various administrative tasks as needed.
Skills
Require commercial training; experience in resident control is a plus.
Fluent in German with strong communication skills.
Ability to adapt and work well under pressure.
Your commitments with us
Wednesday & Thursday mornings.
Friday until counter closing (with annual working hours and pleasantly regulated counter opening times).
Additionally, you are flexible when the team needs coordination – whether swapping shifts or stepping in spontaneously.
Your backpack is filled with
A commercial basic education and ideally professional experience in resident registration or a similar role. We also welcome motivated returnees from public administration.
German at native speaker level and a clear, confident style of expression.
Foreign language skills? Very welcome when dealing with our residents.
Knowledge of the Innosolv system is a plus – not a must, we will gladly show you how it works.
