Job Summary:
B&A is seeking a Training Lead to support a major enterprise system implementation for a state government client. This role is integral to the successful deployment and long-term operation of the Illinois Tollway’s Tolling Back Office System (TBOS), ensuring that all stakeholders are fully trained on system functionality, operations, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a Tollway-approved Training Plan covering system operations, financial reconciliation, audit, reporting, and maintenance.
* Lead training sessions for Tollway staff, third-party service providers, and other stakeholders, both in-person and remotely.
* Create instructor guides, training manuals, videos, and other materials tailored to specific job roles and system functions.
* Coordinate with the Training Coordinator to manage scheduling, environment setup, and delivery logistics.
* Ensure cross-training and continuing education to support staff redundancy and operational resilience.
* Collect and analyze trainee feedback and trainer evaluations to refine training content and delivery.
* Provide on-demand access to training materials and recordings via an online knowledge base.
* Support training during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and for six months post-GoLive.
Education And Experience
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in public sector organizational change management or training program development.
Required Skills
* At least 3 years in a similar role within tolling or transportation.
* Strong instructional design and communication skills.
* Experience with remote and in-person training delivery, including hands-on system walkthroughs and simulations.
* Extensive SAP experience.
