Key Role: Financial Analyst
Job Description:
* To ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
* Drive manufacturing performance by analyzing key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
* Collaborate closely with Plant Operations and EMEA Supply Chain functions to deliver business insights and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure robust month-end close procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
* Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive variance analysis reports to inform business decisions.
* Prepare detailed P&L and balance sheet forecasts to support business planning.
* Produce timely and accurate cash flow statements to inform senior stakeholders.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to the business, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in plant controlling, supply chain finance, or cost controlling.
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SAP CO & CO-PA, Excel, and OneStream.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Very good English language skills, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
