Responsibilities
* Provide expert transactional banking service via telephone and email
* Accurately capture and follow client instructions, ensuring ownership and resolution
* Identify clients following policy and Customer Due Diligence regulations
* Serve as the first contact point for payment transaction or data change inquiries, ensuring proper escalation
* Manage service recovery activities, adhering to complaints and escalation procedures
* Ensure all client interactions comply with internal / external policies, procedures, and legislation
* Develop and follow a personal development plan for continuous performance improvement
* Engage in ongoing training to meet business requirements
Qualifications
* University qualification
* Solid knowledge and understanding of private banking with a proven experience in delivering high-level service to clients
* Perfect command of English + French and / or Russian
* Strong IT and effective communication skills (written and oral)
* Ability to handle large quantities of data in diverse formats and work under pressure
