Corresponding to a key figure within this philosophy, the Store Manager assumes the responsibility to personally represent the philosophy in relation to the profound work which occurs from Solomeo all the way to the boutique.
The Store Manager leads the Client Advisors to the acquisition of brand and product awareness, transmitting them the brand philosophy and core values.
In particular, the main responsibilities are:
Cultivating a relationship with customers through an active and continuous presence on the shop floor and by guiding the CA team to providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines.
Communicating clearly, correctly and courteously in their mother tongue and other foreign languages with both clients and team members, whilst also actively listening and paying attention in order to establish mutual trust.
Guiding the team in maximizing sales and performance and reporting missed opportunities to company management, allowing potential corrective actions to be implemented. With the aim of boosting business, the Store Manager will be also required to provide feedback through reports related to: sales trends, customers satisfaction and competitors.
Liasing with the HQ Retail Buying office to plan the best product assortment.
Ensuring that high standards are maintained through a correct implementation of the Visual Guidelines, coordinating the team in assembling or dismantling visual displays, in windows or in-store, on a regular basis.
Supporting in the organization of events and trunk shows in order to introduce new customers to the Brunello Cucinelli world, to instil and increase loyalty and to provide further ideas on CRM actions to be implemented.
Managing and motivating the team in carrying out daily activities within the Boutique with a sense of responsibility. Furthermore, in order to guarantee continuous improvement, the Store Manager is responsible for ensuring each team member receives continuous feedback.
Safeguarding and promoting respect and collaboration between colleagues through coaching and group or one-to-one meetings.
Supervising the stock area, providing support when required, especially during inventories.
Ensuring that the retail operations procedures and the guidelines provided by HQ are respected.
Cultivating direct contact with the headquarters.
Using the main IT applications and systems, constantly updating any new tools made available by the company with particular reference to the Xstore management system and the Salesforce CRM system.
Profile:
For the role of Store Manager we are seeking a candidate with an experience of minimum 8 years in Retail and with at least 2 years gained in managerial roles (preferably in Luxury Retail).
To be successful in this role, it is absolutely essential that applicants possess the ability to demonstrate a strong business acumen and a solid understanding of both market and customers, together with a people management e development skill.
A very good knowledge of German and English is mandatory while fluency in French will be considered a plus.
