Job Location
Zürich— this job will be 100% office based.
Main Tasks
Define and Communicate internal policies pertaining to Human Resources
Manage our workplace policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with Swiss labor law and the latest regulations for the benefit of our employees and Huawei
Responsible for the compliance and management policies related to Human resources
Conduct personnel management, including work contract preparation, on-boarding process, exit process
Collect and analyze employee data
Use data to create employee profiles
Organize and update employee files
Responsible for contractor’s management, including confirming needs with business department, conducting interview and recruitment process etc.
Requirements
Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role (5-10 years)
Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving ability
Relevant training and/or certifications for HR function
German and English at business fluent level are mandatory, French is an advantage
