Home Care Nurse (M/F) Home Care Nurse (M/F) Structure and contract: Reference structure specialised in home care, Structure placing particular importance on personalised care and close relationships, Care rounds within a limited geographical area, by bike, car or on foot, Continuous daytime hours, morning, evening or split shifts, Monthly contract at 80 - 100%, renewable, with opportunity for a permanent position, Your profile: You have at least 2 years of experience in nursing care; You have a successful initial experience in home care; If you have good knowledge of the Geneva or Swiss healthcare network, it is a real asset; You are organised, flexible and adaptable; You are comfortable with IT tools; You have a personal vehicle (a plus) or are comfortable cycling; You are confident managing emergency situations independently and are in control of your emotions; You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and discretion; You have a clean criminal record; You wish to commit long-term to a home care structure. Your mission: Provide personalised care tailored to the patient’s needs and of high quality; Conduct nursing care rounds autonomously; Ensure traceability of care and essential information for patient management; Participate in assessing the patient’s needs to establish a precise care plan; Participate in coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team; Do you recognise yourself in this description?
