Account Solution Engineer - RCG

Join Salesforce as a key member of our Swiss Solution Engineering team for the Retail and Consumer Goods industry. We are a leading AI CRM company, focused on driving innovation and putting our core values at the heart of our work.


The Role

As a Solution Engineer (also known as Presales Engineer, Sales Consultant, or Solution Consultant), you will help our customers in the Retail and Consumer Goods space leverage the power of Salesforce technology, including our rapidly evolving AI capabilities. You’ll bridge technology features to measurable business outcomes, focusing on automation, intelligence, and personalization across the customer journey.

* Collaborate with Account Executives to build trust with C‑suite and IT decision‑makers.
* Guide complex conversations, overcome technical objections, and demonstrate how our solutions solve pressing business challenges.

Your Responsibilities

* Leverage your experience with Salesforce to build and deliver tailored product demonstrations, technical deep‑dives, and workshops.
* Serve as a credible, articulate advisor to IT and business decision‑makers.
* Proactively overcome technical objections throughout the sales cycle.
* Respond to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs and support sales teams with solutions and answers.
* Communicate the value of evolving AI capabilities (e.g., AI Agents).
* Collaborate cross‑functionally and commit to continuous learning and certification.


Your Qualifications

* Proficiency in French is strongly preferred; fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory. German proficiency is a strong asset.
* 3+ years in a solution engineering, technical consulting, or equivalent customer‑facing technical role.
* Hands‑on experience with the Salesforce platform; certifications are a plus.
* Strong technical acumen and ability to connect technology to business outcomes.
* Outgoing, confident communicator who thrives in high‑stakes, customer‑facing environments.
* Background or interest in Retail, Luxury, and/or Consumer Goods industries.
