Senior Digital Sculptor & 3D Design Specialist (M/F)As part of the development in high-end watchmaking, we are looking for a Senior Digital Sculptor & 3D Design Specialist able to conceive and develop complex 3D models and digital sculptures of very high quality. You will operate at the intersection of artistic and product engineering, transforming concepts into digital models that can be used in production, while respecting the demanding technical constraints of the sector.Your tasks as a 3D & digital sculpture specialist:- Create detailed digital sculptures and high-precision 3D models.- Develop organic shapes and scale the transition between artistic and technical sculpture.- Adapt the models to machining, engraving, casting, enameling, and setting constraints.- Integrate mechanical tolerances and constraints into the models for production and assembly.Prototyping & 3D printing:- Prepare files for high-resolution 3D printing.- Manage printing parameters (supports, quality).- Operate, calibrate, and maintain 3D printers (Formlabs, Bambu Lab).- Create and analyze prototypes for technical validation.- Work closely with design, engineering, and production teams.- Participate in technical analysis and feasibility of concepts.- Contribute to R&D projects and product development.Desired profile:- Experience: 10 years in luxury watchmaking and jewelry.- Proven experience in developing complex sculptural pieces.Technical skills:- Excellent mastery of Rhinoceros 3D (precision).- ZBrush (advanced digital sculpting).- Ability to combine artistic and technical workflows.- Good knowledge of watchmaking and jewelry processes.- Experience in high-resolution 3D printing and rapid prototyping.- Mastery of rendering tools (KeyShot) and graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator).- Strong artistic sensitivity and extreme attention to detail.- Excellent vision and mastery of micro-scale volumes.- Ability to reconcile aesthetics with technical constraints.Languages:- English: professional proficiency.- French: basic level or willingness to improve.Why join us?- Innovative projects in the world of high-end watchmaking.- An environment combining excellence and technology with passionate experts (design, engineering, and production) to create unique, high-quality pieces.Please send your CV, portfolio, and any relevant project references. jid480416baen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
