Job Description
A global MedTech company is looking for a Product Manager EMEA to manage the portfolio - This is a strategic and technically advanced portfolio with high visibility and multiple priorities ahead.
You will be part of the EMEA Marketing team, collaborating with Global, Regional and Country stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow the Medical Device portfolio across EMEA
* Lead marketing planning, market insights, go‑to‑market strategy, messaging and pricing
* Drive product launches end-to-end, including commercialization & downstream execution
* Oversee portfolio lifecycle management, together with the PLCM manager, including migrations and reference changes
* Collaborate with Product Managers in each country; align with Regional and Global teams to drive execution and stakeholder engagement
* Support value‑selling initiatives, digital marketing, omnichannel initiatives, engagement and professional education programs
* Analyze performance, collaborate with supply chain team, and identify opportunities to strengthen the business
* Ensure cross‑functional communication and project coordination within a complex matrix environment
Mandatory Requirements
* Significant experience in Product Management (>> 5 years), ideally with portfolio ownership
* Experience in Medical Devices
* Experience in a complex matrix organisation (regional EU/EMEA scope, collaboration with country + global teams)
* Proven track record in product launches and preferably portfolio migrations
* Strong business acumen, analytical skills, comfort with numbers
* Ability to learn fast, adapt quickly and operate autonomously
* Mindset: problem‑solving, hands‑on, "go and do the job" attitude in a demanding environment
* Fluent English
* Able to work on‑site Mon‑Thu and remote on Fridays

End date: Feb/March 2027 (includes handover before and after leave)
Location: Lemanic Arc Switzerland - On‑site Monday to Thursday, remote on Fridays
Contract: Interim, 100%
