Join our Process Solutions team within Chemtech division in Switzerland as Reception Assistant (m/w) to help us take our customer's experience tothe next level.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact by welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and employees
* Manage incoming calls, emails, mail, and packages, and ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable
* Coordinate meeting room bookings, setups, and catering, ensuring cleanliness and proper equipment use
* Oversee shared office spaces (e.g., kitchen), order supplies, and manage inventory including employee benefits such as fruit deliveries.
* Administer visitor and employee access badges in line with security protocols
* Support travel arrangements and act as the contact point for rental car bookings
* Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, expense handling, onboarding assistance, and ad-hoc tasks or projects
What you bring to Sulzer:
* At least 2 to 3 years experience in managing administrative tasks as Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
* High school degree in Business Administration or commercial
* Excellent administrative as well as written and verbal communication skills, working independently, proactivity and discretion, multi-tasking, punctual, empathetic, team player
* To speak fluently English, German, French is a plus
* Strong command of MS Office 365, in particular Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Teams
