Role:
We are looking for a B2B Sales Closer to support the expansion of BÆRSkin’s B2B and B2B2C channels. This role focuses on executing outbound and inbound sales opportunities, building partnerships, and helping convert enterprise and distributor opportunities into long-term business.
This is a hands‑on, execution-focused position responsible for driving deals forward, supporting partnerships, and contributing to the growth of the B2B channel while maintaining brand positioning and alignment with DTC performance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify, qualify, and close B2B opportunities across distributors, merch agencies, and enterprise clients
* Manage outreach, follow‑ups, and sales conversations with prospective partners and customers
* Support corporate and enterprise programs (uniforms, corporate gear, pilot programs, and rollouts)
* Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, customization options, inventory availability, and fulfillment timelines
* Maintain CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting
* Build and maintain strong partner relationships to drive repeat business
* Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of B2B deals
* Provide market feedback and insights from conversations with US‑based partners and clients
Experience & Background
* 2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, closing roles, partnerships, or branded merchandise/promotional products
* Proven experience working with or selling into the US market (required)
* Ability to work primarily US business hours, regardless of geographic location
* Experience selling to distributors, agencies, or enterprise customers is a strong plus
* Familiarity with apparel or branded merchandise customization (embroidery, heat transfer, patches) is beneficial
* Strong communication, negotiation, and follow‑up skills
